Prices are valid per day and person.
They include the use of the new wellness-centre: sauna, Turkish bath, cold water pool (Kneipp), hydromassage, tropical shower, massage couch (massages, treatments and sun-beds cost extra)
Each week there will be an excursion with a guide.
One hour horse riding per room ( min 7 days stay)

Miscellaneous
CHECK IN: rooms are not at your disposal before 12 o'clock. CHECK OUT: rooms have to be vacated before 10 o'clock; if you defy this rule we have to charge you one night extra. If you arrive late or leave early we have to charge you a maximum of three days (as agreed on previously). We ask you to inform us if you arrive after 9p.m.
Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we have received your first payment.
On allocation of the rooms the management is not responsible for the type of room or the correct room number.
Small pets are welcome but do not have access to our common rooms.

Cancellations:
up to 45 days before  arrival 10%,
44 to 7 days before arrival 30%,
6 days and less before arrival 70%.
